Suporta is a national organization that provides industry trained call center support solutions for every aspect and every department of a higher education institution.
The Challenge
Due to Suporta being a very niche national business, the goal of the project was to educate folks about the types of services Suporta offers, and to get in front of decision makers who worked at higher education institutions.
The Approach
Sprout Media Lab was up for the challenge! Understanding that the business was seasonal as well, we had only a few short months to design a new WordPress website, do our competitive research and put together a targeted marketing campaign that would educate prospects, drive traffic and generate leads.

2+ months into the campaign, we were making great progress on Google with 10+ keywords ranking on the first page, but we were weren’t generating enough website traffic.
